Eligibility for Returns

- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
- Returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Note: Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

- Shipping the Product: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
- Once the returned product passes inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 working days.
- Refunds will exclude any shipping fees incurred during the original order.
Exchange Policy
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost after verifying the issue.
